Ana is a dedicated and passionate Pilates teacher with a deep love for movement and holistic wellness. Her journey into the world of Pilates began several years ago when she discovered its transformative power in her own life. 

Her classes are dynamic, engaging, restorative and an invitation for self-care. Ana is fusing traditional Pilates methods and dynamic techniques that aim to connect your body and mind. Every session is carefully designed for each level and individual needs. You will feel supported, and empowered as she guides you through each move. 

Ana believes in the importance of alignment, breath, and mindfulness, guiding her students to achieve not only physical strength but also mental clarity, and to nourish the soul.
